be as follows:
(1)Operation of the facilities during the hours of operation shall be strictly maintained;
(2)Air navigation radio aids shall be kept in pristine condition by performing the necessary repairs and regular maintenance on them;
(3)The forbidden acts prescribed under Article 53 of the Law shall be posted at prominent places so as to be easily seen by the public.
(4)In the event that the functioning of air navigation radio aids is likely to be adversely affected by buildings, plants or other objects, the necessary measures shall be taken without delay for the removal of the same.
(5)In the event undesirable conditions, which necessitate the suspension of operation of air navigation radio aids, changes in the rated coverage or course direction, impairment of the transmission of the identification signal or any other impairment of the functioning of air navigation radio aids, arise due to unavoidable factor(s), or in the event that the operation or functioning of said air navigation radio aids has resumed its normal condition, the necessary systems to contact the Minister of Transport shall be established.
(6)In the event that the operation of air navigation radio aids is impeded by natural disaster or other unavoidable causes, necessary action (such as attempting the prolonged operation or early recovery of the facilities) shall be taken immediately in order to prevent possible hazards to aircraft navigation.
(7)In the event that repairs or other work are made on air navigation radio aids, the necessary measures should be taken to prevent any hindrance to aircraft navigation.
(8)For each of the air navigation radio aids, a sufficient number of spare parts shall be kept in stock, amounting to at least one third of the number of parts which are currently used, on a replacement basis, among the parts constituting the circuits of the transmitter and receiver.
(9)The Administrator of air navigation radio aids shall maintain operations logbook at the facility and shall record the following information therein, and shall preserve the same for at least one year:
(1)The results of the monitoring carried out by the monitoring equipment as well as the date and time of said monitoring shall be entered in a logbook (the frequency of making said entries in the logbook shall be not less than once a day) and
(2)In a case where the suspension of operations or other irregularities have occurred at the facility, the date and time thereof, and the causes and the action taken;
(3)Matters notified to the Minister of Transport, as well as thereof
(4)Any other information for reference.
